What The Sweater?!?

While manipulating drop stitches on the knitting machine, I wanted to replicate how images of neurons look within the brain and nervous system. I started to create manipulated drop stitches to replicate the connections that neurons have in our bodies. The oversaturated colors in the yarn were chosen to have the sense of the brain being stimulated. Colors are known to trigger the brain to feel various emotions. This sweater was knitted and fully fashioned on the machine.
